I cannot goal swap in emulators, I have tried SNES9x and ZSNES, help here would be useful, I usually play on the actual hardware, but when I speedrun on emulators it's annoying.

IDK what your issue is. I use bizhawk, and I was able to get it. Idk. Might be input delay? Can't say. I don't play on console.

Thanks! I’ll give bizhawk a try. But I will keep looking to see if it’s a known bug. I know ZSNES has the Barrel rotation issue, so maybe it’s just an issue with ZSNES and SNES9x! Thanks!
