Super Luigi! wrote:That seems like the real deal to me! One question, what happened to the No Squitter sign after you passed it?
Super Luigi! wrote:Don't worry, I understood it all. As for your English, you speak it much better than other people I know that speak it as their primary language!

by the way, I got an idea for something in DKC4, why don't you make Mr. X a boss.
Phyreburnz wrote:I haven't been on my computer for a week, so I couldn't give you a sprite sheet of DK on Squawks. I think I already had the PSD up. I think I might redo it, though, to make DK holding Squawks, because the way I have it is the other way around.
Tonberry2000 wrote:Looking good! Are you going to implement the purple Squawks as well?
Can't wait to see your edits, Phyre!
Phyreburnz wrote:Wait a minute... am I an idiot? don't answer that... I bet, if you took a few frames of DK's rope swinging animation (from the middle), you could use those to make DK holding onto Squawks. I can animate it to see if it looks right, but I don't get home until late tomorrow (on vacation).
Tonberry2000 wrote:I really like the new skill! Will there be a DKC2 version of him that only floats as well?
Tonberry2000 wrote:I guess he is kinda blue. :p
will he be able to pick up all buddies?
Phyreburnz wrote:For the different versions of Squawks, I suggest slightly different crates, since they all have the same one. I also think Flapper and the purple Squawks should have a more noticeable colour difference, since they're almost the same but have different abilities.
Phyreburnz wrote:If you want to use them, I made different crates for the different versions of Squawks.
I made different symbols by each one. The regular green Squawks has an egg, Flapper has a barrel, and the purple Squawks has a down arrow.
If you look in the animation section, I was working on making a better version of DK to hold onto Squawks. Let me know if you like it and want a sprite sheet.
Phyreburnz wrote:I'm glad you like them!
DK on Squawks has just been uploaded in the DKLB Animation submissions section.
Simion32 wrote:Which renders do you need, Phyre? I have basically everything.![]()
Or are you looking for a good collection of them so you can pick and choose? My last and only uploaded image archive was on mega upload *ahem* so you won't be able to find it now, that link is dead.
Sadly, the archive is several MBs in size and is far too large to upload here.
Simion32 wrote:I have a sparsely-populated art archive prepared as a 7zip now, but I'll have a tough time finding somewhere to upload it...

Super Luigi! wrote:haperkilango has now been fully avenged, and his computer has been revived! Glad to have you back, hiperkalango! And leo_core, he's your boss? I always thought of you two as partners.
Tonberry2000 wrote:Ellie looks awesome! Wonderful job! It's pretty seamless.
Phyreburnz wrote:Are you going to use those barrels that reappear after you use it?
Phyreburnz wrote:Also, I've been doing some photoshop stuff with just the regular DKC renders, if you're interested. They'll all be in the DKC related art section.
